HVAC Duct Cleaning Tools | The Best Duct Cleaning Equipment
HVAC Duct Cleaning Tools & Equipment
As the ducted heating and cooling systems differ from building to building and there are so many different ducts in one building, duct cleaning requires various machines for diverse duct cleaning applications.
Today’s Dust Busters still offers its original service of duct cleaning, but with new generational computerised duct cleaning equipment that can do the accurate cleaning job. One of the amazing things is that all the cleaning operations can be monitored by a computerised control system on the display screen. All the equipment is manufactured by our company.
In the light of the complexity of ducted Systems, Dust Busters has patented the manufacturing of a series of HVAC duct cleaning tools that can clean all kinds of ducts.
1. Negative Air Machines
Heating and cooling ducts must be kept at an appropriate pressure differential relative to surrounding indoor occupant spaces during all cleaning procedures. It is highly recommended pressure differential be achieved through the use of a negative air machine or HEPA-filtered vacuum collection equipment. Pressurisation differential requirements apply to projects taking place within all building use classifications. It must be possible to demonstrate and document pressurisation differential procedures.
Vacuum collection equipment and/or a negative air machine must be used to establish pressure differentials in the portion of the ducted system being serviced relative to the surrounding area. It is highly recommended the device be operated in close proximity to the connection point of the duct component being serviced. All openings must be temporarily sealed and opened as required to maintain an appropriate pressure differential throughout the mechanical system. Installation of subsequent service openings in the portion of the system being cleaned must be performed while the system is under the appropriate pressure differential.
Negative air machines are some of the best duct cleaning equipment you must have if you want to do the duct cleaning without any possible cross-contamination.
Negative Air Machine (NM01)
(The sizeable vacuum collection unit )
Our negative air machine is small in size but large in capacity, with wheels for easy movement inside the building and impressively powerful sucking operation; 220 to 240v operating voltage makes it convenient for electrical supplies to use inside the buildings with a low working volume.
2. Mechanical Agitation
Dislodging contaminants from ducted system components must be accomplished through mechanical agitation techniques. Mechanical agitation techniques require the use of mechanical agitation devices to dislodge debris adhered to interior system surfaces, such that debris may be safely conveyed to vacuum collection devices. Agitation devices may include cable-driven brush systems, compressed air systems, pneumatic and electric-driven brushes, and hand tools such as contact vacuum brushes.
Electrical cable-driven brush (EB02)
An electrical cable-driven brush (EB02) can clean the rectangular and circular duct no matter if it is hard or soft for the most common sizes, from 100mm to 500mm. The cleaning distance is up to 30m with a left or right and left/right rotation function to adjust positive and negative rotation time and rotation speed. 220 to 240v operating voltage makes it convenient for electrical supply to use inside the buildings with a low working volume.
The brush in operation
Brush robot (RWD03)
The robot can clean rectangular and circular hard duct sizes from 250mm to 1000mm. The robot is protected by a patent.
Running and interpreting the functions of this machine is made simple with screen monitoring, filming, and reviewing being made simple. Its four-wheel-drive design goes a long way in maintaining its place as some of the best duct cleaning equipment on the market. Not only that, but it also comes with adjustable lighting to suit different conditions, as well as adjustable front and back cameras to ensure you’re not missing anything. This intuitive system is essentially the same as a standard computer system.
The brush in operation
The mechanical agitation and pneumatic robot ( RDB04 )
So, what makes the robot some of the best duct cleaning equipment on the market? Well, the robot, which is protected by a patent, can clean rectangular and circular hard duct size up from 250mm. The duct ball is a much more powerful cleaning tool than the brush.
It is easy to operate with the function of monitoring on the screen, filming by the video camera, data recording, editing and reviewing in the controlling system. The robot provides powerful driven performance with a four-wheel-drive system. The light can be adjusted for the different situations inside the duct to achieve the best lighting. The cameras in front and rear can move up and down. The control system is the same as a normal computer system.
The mechanical agitation and pneumatic cleaning robot
The new technical computerised inspecting robot for visual inspection
As with the brush robot earlier, monitoring on the screen, filming by the video camera, data recording, editing and reviewing in the controlling system is all made simple with the computerised inspecting robot. The robot is designed and developed to be a power-driven performance model with a four-wheel-drive system. The light can be adjusted for the different possible situations inside the duct to make sure that you achieve the best lighting. The camera is in front and can move up and down.
This industry-leading technology is the most efficient and practical in the world. At the same time, in order to reduce cost, Dust Busters has shifted the production line internally, greatly improving the competitive ability of products within the international market. So, when you work with Dust Buster, you can be sure that we’re using only the best duct cleaning equipment and HVAC duct cleaning tools on the market.
